What are your store hours?

Monday through Friday 7:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday 9am – Noon and Closed on Sunday.

How are your rental rates calculated?

Rates are charged based on the duration of your rental.
1 Day = 24 Hours out time
1 Week = 7 consecutive days
1 month= 28 consecutive days
All meter equipment have a maximum allotment of usage or running time in the given rental period as described above. Extra charges will be assessed on hour usage over 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week or 160 hours per month.

Does Summit Rentals LLC offer delivery and pickup services?

Yes. Services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us to inquire about delivery fees.

What payment options do I have?

Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover

Do I need to put fuel in the equipment before returning it?

Small equipment that does not require a trailer does not need to be filled up with gas. Any item that needs a trailer or is towable will need to be filled up with gas or diesel.

Does the equipment need to be cleaned before being returned?

Yes, you are responsible for returning the equipment clean. A cleaning fee will incur on rentals returned dirty.

What if I get a flat tire on a rented piece of equipment?

The customer is responsible for ALL tire damage or flats. If we are called for on-site repair we will charge our hourly shop rate.

Can I reserve equipment in advance?

We invite you to reserve equipment in advance to insure availability. Reserve your equipment as early as possible. Please cancel your reservation if your plans change. Reservations are gladly taken over the phone.

Can I buy a piece of equipment that I have rented?

All of our rental equipment is for sale at any time. Our used equipment is a great buy because we maintain it so that it is always ready to rent. When a piece of equipment can stand up to tough rental use, then you can be sure it is durable and easy-to-maintain. If you want to buy the actual piece of equipment that you have rented, we will apply a portion of the rental charges toward the purchase price.
